Intern Commercial Due Diligence between Strategy Consulting & Private Equity

You want to accompany clients along the entire M&A deal cycle in the area of Strategy, Risk & Transactions – Advisory – Mergers & Acquisitions – from strategy and due diligence to financing and technology questions through to the successful implementation and integration of transactions? Availability: As an intern you are ideally available from April 2027 for a period of (at least) 3 months. Location: Munich.

• Hands-on entry: You support the strategic consulting of private equity investors and their portfolio companies in the context of company purchases and sales with a focus on commercial due diligence.
• Teamwork: You work together with your colleagues on the preparation of due diligence reports and proposals.
• Variety of tasks: You independently handle work packages in the context of business model, market and competitive analyses.
• Analysis: You conduct research and evaluations and prepare information on companies and industries.

• Studies in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable with availability from April 2027
• First experiences in the form of internships/working student activities in the (strategy) consulting environment
• Strong interest in strategic questions combined with high affinity for numbers
• High commitment, personal responsibility and analytical thinking skills
• German and English language skills very good in written and spoken form
