Master Craftsperson or Technician as Railway Telecommunications Construction Supervisor

DB InfraGO AG seeks a master craftsperson or technician for railway telecommunications construction supervision in Munich, starting as soon as possible. Permanent full-time role covering construction supervision, quality assurance and coordination on construction sites.

• Supervise railway construction using approved construction plans, specifications and technical rules, including DB guidelines, EBA, HOAI and VOB
• Ensure quality, including identifying defects and tracking their resolution
• Check contract variations and support project management
• Coordinate internal and external services and attend construction meetings
• Ensure workplace safety, fire protection and compliance with site rules
• Prepare construction logs, measurements and invoice checks
• Prepare and support acceptance inspections, with or without EBA involvement

• Qualification as a technician or master craftsperson in electrical engineering or telecommunications engineering
• Ideally, some initial experience in construction supervision, preferably on railways
• Knowledge of relevant rules and standards, including DB guidelines, EBA and VOB, is desirable
• Ability to work independently and strong organisational skills
• Willingness to work on construction sites and night shifts, plus a category B driving licence and driving experience
• Motivation to complete Deutsche Bahn's role-specific training as a railway construction supervisor
