AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for automating, deploying and optimizing the cloud infrastructure while working closely with the development team to provide a robust and efficient platform.

• Automating the cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code
• Monitoring cloud resources for performance and security
• Troubleshooting and sustainably resolving production issues
• Continuously optimizing cloud architectures and operational processes
• Collaborating with the development and cloud teams for smooth delivery
• Supporting 24/7 operations through on-call duties and additional work when needed

• Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS and Lambda
• Ideally, experience with Amazon Machine Images
• Confidence with infrastructure as code, especially Terraform or CloudFormation, as well as monitoring and logging tools
• Experience designing and implementing secure cloud architectures
• Understanding of AWS cost and performance optimization
• Fluent German at C1 level and good English at B2 level
• Analytical, proactive, communicative and solution-oriented approach
