Securities Settlement Specialist, Income

Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG is the leading provider of securities services in Germany. The team of 33 colleagues in Munich processes income payments for all issuers and works in tandem and under the four-eyes principle. The sub-team for reconciliation, fail and claim management and account keeping clears open cash and securities differences and handles complaints. The position is limited to 2 years.

• Check accounts and clear differences: check clearing accounts, monitor incoming funds from custodians, clear open differences
• Control payments and support claiming: carry out custody account compensation, initiate conversion orders, check and control outsourced claiming processes
• Ensure quality with the four-eyes principle: check colleagues' work and have your own work reviewed
• Answer customer requests competently: handle tickets and complaints promptly and clearly
• Shape IT system development: after onboarding, support projects as a functional tester

• Practical experience in a bank or similar environment and hands-on knowledge of the securities business. Knowledge of income or withholding tax is an advantage.
• Experience with sensitive, deadline-driven processes and reliability on deadlines
