Dual study programme in Business Administration within Customer Support in Düsseldorf, involving customer contact, complaint management, process documentation, digitalisation projects and a part-time degree at FOM University.

Customer contact by phone, email and ticket system; handling complaints, evaluating feedback and developing service solutions; documenting processes in company systems; contributing ideas to communication, processes and digitalisation projects such as chatbots and AI applications; participating in the young talent community, events and workshops; completing a seven-semester part-time degree at FOM University while working Monday to Thursday and attending lectures on two evenings and approximately two Saturdays per month.

Successfully completed Abitur or Fachabitur before starting the programme; initial customer contact experience is helpful but not required; interest in business relationships and company processes; enjoyment of communication; reliability, sense of responsibility and team spirit; fluent German at C1 level, both spoken and written.
