Sales Director, Savings Banks - Central Region

Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG is rebuilding its sales unit. As Sales Director for the Central region, you will develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute your market and sales expertise to the development of securities products and services.

Managing and expanding long-term customer relationships; winning new business opportunities and customers in B2B sales; deriving measures from business analyses and KPIs and planning and forecasting customer revenue; advising customers and leading demanding sales and management discussions; organizing customer events, webinars and regional working groups; contributing market and customer insights to campaigns, product management, pricing management and service development.

Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree with a focus on business administration or economics, plus several years of solid practical experience in B2B sales or key account management in the securities business; good knowledge of securities trading and the German financial and securities market; confident presence and persuasive communication skills; ability to assess business data and market information reliably; ideally experience with SAP and CRM systems; business-fluent German at C1 level or above, good English at B2 level or above and a strong willingness to travel.
