Manager, HR Centre of Excellence, Talent & Performance

Join DEUTZ AG's HR Talent & Performance Centre of Excellence and help develop and implement global approaches to talent, people development and performance.

• Join our HR Talent & Performance Centre of Excellence and help shape and implement our global talent and people approaches
• Help design and develop global standards, methods and processes for talent, development and performance
• Help design approaches and frameworks for employee development, including leadership and people development, career paths and skills development
• Support the development and implementation of future-focused people topics such as skills, talent and succession planning, and workforce planning
• Work closely with other HR centres of excellence, HR business partners and local HR teams to ensure the approaches are implemented and effective
• Advise HR colleagues and managers on applying our global talent, development and performance approaches

• Completed degree in Business, Psychology, HR Management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience designing or implementing HR approaches in areas such as people and leadership development, talent and career development, skills development or performance management, ideally internationally
• Experience helping develop global HR frameworks and working with different stakeholder groups
• Confident use of HR systems, such as SuccessFactors, and MS Office
• An analytical, structured and team-focused approach, with strong communication and advisory skills
• Very good German and English skills
