What You'll Learn
- Support of development projects
- Responsibility for correct budget entry in the planning tool (Planisware-PLW) as specified by the Technical Project Manager
- Responsible for entries in PLW as specified by the Technical Project Manager, resource planning and project budget in PLW, uniform budget planning and evaluability
- Responsible for timely entry
- Support of budget planning for final budget and forecast dates
- Support in creating and monitoring project and schedule plans in a uniform format
- Support in reconciling and reporting project status
- Reports to the Technical Project Manager
Requirements
- Studies in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- Internship experience in controlling or project management
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Knowledge of the diesel engine "system", its components, and exhaust aftertreatment systems
- Knowledge of the basics of controlling / project planning
- Flexible, resilient, thorough way of working
- Open communication
- Good IT skills in Excel, MS Office, SAP (desirable)
