Working Student Learning Operations

You support the design and implementation of the learning and training portfolio You are in contact with trainers and are responsible for training organization and evaluation (scheduling, participant support, preparation and follow-up of trainings) You work in our Learning Management System You support the continuous development of the e-learning offering in DEUTZ LEARNING You support the further development of the training portfolio (trainer search, planning new trainings based on needs analysis)

• You support the design and implementation of the learning and training portfolio
• You are in contact with trainers and are responsible for training organization and evaluation (scheduling, participant support, preparation and follow-up of trainings)
• You work in our Learning Management System
• You support the continuous development of the e-learning offering in DEUTZ LEARNING
• You support the further development of the training portfolio (trainer search, planning new trainings based on needs analysis)

• As a full-time student (m/f/d) in business administration, psychology, social sciences or a comparable course of study, you are enthusiastic about HR topics
• You have already gained initial practical experience through vocational training, working student activities or internships, ideally in Human Resources or Learning/Course Management
• You have a high level of problem-solving competence, customer orientation, sense of responsibility, reliability and team spirit
• You enjoy contact with people, find your way quickly in new system environments and you work equally carefully and quickly
• MS Office and Microsoft Teams should be easy for you
• Very good German and good English skills in word and writing round off your profile
