• You actively support us in the switch to digital invoice receipt
• You handle the standardized and serial communication with suppliers by email
• After your induction, you formally check incoming PDF invoices and forward them by email
• Your work helps us significantly reduce processing times in finance processes while contributing to the optimization of existing processes
• You work at least three fixed days per week for 20 hours, with flexible scheduling of hours

• You are enrolled as a student of business administration, economics or business law
• You stand out through a high ability to concentrate and careful work
• You work independently, in a structured way, and keep an overview even with more complex tasks
• You have a strong affinity for IT, especially with AI tools and Microsoft Power Automate
• You see questions and mistakes as a chance to learn and handle them openly and constructively
• Very good German skills and good English skills round off your profile
