• Completed apprenticeship as a management assistant for insurance and finance (m/f/d), insurance clerk (m/f/d), insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, you have experience as a customer advisor (m/f/d), customer service representative (m/f/d), sales employee (m/f/d), sales manager (m/f/d), account manager (m/f/d) or field service employee (m/f/d).
• Motivated career changers (m/f/d) with a commercial background are also welcome. We will qualify you to become a certified insurance specialist IHK (m/f/d).
• Enjoyment of sales as well as consulting and support of customers.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Communication skills, initiative and a confident demeanor.
• Class B driver's license.
