For its branch offices in Herne, DEVK is looking for customer enthusiasts (m/f/d) in sales. You look after private and business customers on all insurance questions, online and on site. Full-time, permanent, start immediately.

• Individual care of our long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters, online and on site
• Expanding the agency portfolio by winning new customers
• Actively and regularly approaching your existing customers to build lasting business relationships
• You handle claims management and settlement of minor claims
• Consistent cross-selling

• A completed vocational training in insurance as an insurance specialist (m/f/d), merchant (m/f/d) for insurance and financial investments, or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in customer advice as key account manager (m/f/d), sales manager (m/f/d), representative (m/f/d), customer service agent (m/f/d), sales employee (m/f/d), salesperson (m/f/d) or field service employee (m/f/d)
• or you are looking, as a career changer (m/f/d), ideally with commercial training, for a chance to gain a foothold in the insurance industry
• You enjoy inspiring people
• A class B car driving licence
