In our claims department you handle the business transactions assigned to you in property and liability insurance. You are the voice and face of DEVK to the customer. You put their interests on an equal footing with the economic demands of claims handling at the center of your activity. You fulfill customer wishes fairly, competently and proactively. We are looking for our Hamburg location at the earliest possible date.

• A professionally sound and customer-oriented claims settlement is your thing
• Active implementation of modern claims management is a matter of course for you
• You communicate with all claims parties and service providers

• You have a completed vocational training as a merchant (m/f/d) for insurance and finance or insurance clerk (m/f/d) with experience in claims
• Or you have experience in handling insurance claims in another industry
• You bring a strong service and customer orientation
