Employed Customer Adviser, Career Changers Welcome

DEVK is seeking customer advisers for its branches in Oberhausen. You will help private and business customers with insurance questions and decisions about their future. This permanent, full-time position starts immediately and is also open to career changers.

• Provide personal support to long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters, online and in person.
• Grow the agency's customer base by gaining new customers.
• Contact existing customers regularly to build lasting business relationships.
• Manage claims and settle minor claims.
• Consistently offer customers additional suitable products.

• Completed vocational training in insurance as an insurance specialist, an insurance and financial investment clerk, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience advising customers as a key account manager, sales manager, representative, customer adviser, sales employee, salesperson or field sales representative.
• Alternatively, you are a career changer seeking an opportunity to enter the insurance industry, ideally with commercial vocational training.
• You enjoy getting people interested and excited.
• A category B driving licence.
