Senior IT Procurement Specialist

DEVK's central procurement is responsible for the head office, 19 regional offices, two data centers and the cloud application landscape. They are looking for a creative, motivated person who actively shapes the purchasing of software, IT services and cloud solutions as the link between internal teams and external partners.

• Responsibility for contracts from A to Z: you create, negotiate and conclude contracts – especially in services, assistance services and software
• Regulatory expertise: in an exciting financial services environment, you ensure compliance with important requirements (e.g. DORA, VAG, GDPR)
• Process responsibility: you take over the end-to-end design of your contracts and orders and contribute creative ideas for optimization
• Collaboration with experts: together with specialist departments, risk management and the legal department, you develop tailored solutions and support the entire contract lifecycle.
• Innovative projects: you work on exciting projects and drive the development of central procurement forward.

• Experience in indirect procurement, ideally with a focus on software, IT services or services
• Know-how in tenders as well as in price, terms and contract negotiations
• Interest in technology, digitalization and modern IT solutions
• Structured way of working, negotiation skills and enjoyment of optimizing purchasing processes
• Openness to regulatory requirements as well as good English skills for communicating with suppliers
