Process Manager Life Insurance

In the Specialist Processes and Association Management Life team, you have the opportunity to contribute your experience and actively further develop the processes of DEVK Life Insurance.

• You actively shape the processes in the life insurance business and develop them conceptually – from idea to implementation.
• In doing so you analyze existing workflows, identify optimization potentials and drive automation forward in a targeted manner.
• You work closely with specialist departments, IT and operational units and are the central contact person for technical questions and process changes.
• Through your work you sustainably improve quality, efficiency and user orientation.
• At the same time you have the freedom to test new solution approaches and actively further develop process management.

• You know life insurance from practice and bring sound experience in the processes there. Ideally you have already gained insights into claims processing.
• You enjoy delving into complex issues, recognizing connections and developing pragmatic solutions from them.
• You work independently, in a structured way and bring the curiosity to familiarize yourself with new topics and challenges.
• You see change as an opportunity and are keen to actively further develop processes and make them better together.
• With your open and appreciative manner you like working with different specialist departments and manage to win people over for joint solutions.
