Self-employed Customer Adviser

Self-employed customer advisory role within the team at DEVK's Andreas Haupt agency in Dillenburg. This permanent, full-time role starts immediately and involves supporting existing insurance customers and winning new ones.

• Advise and support long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Win new customers without cold calling.
• Review and improve customers' current insurance coverage.
• Manage and settle small claims.

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in insurance and financial investments or as an insurance adviser.
• Experience in customer advice or sales.
• Strong communication and sales skills, with an interest in providing individual advice.
• A driving licence for cars.
