Construction Supervision Technician

To support the team in the Construction and Maintenance department, a construction supervision technician is wanted as soon as possible at the Dillenburg branch office. Pay follows pay grade E9a under the MTV-Autobahn.

• Active participation in road construction projects with a focus on construction supervision, inspection and billing of maintenance and repair measures as well as equipment work on motorways (e.g. protective barriers, signage and markings)
• Monitoring and documenting construction work on site
• Quality assurance by checking contractual requirements, technical regulations and applicable standards
• Checking material deliveries and comparing delivery notes
• Preparing and regularly reviewing measurements and billing bases for construction measures with the contractors
• Assessing and coordinating change orders regarding causes, materials etc. (e.g. planning changes, unforeseen events) and providing technical support in change order negotiations
• Participating in the acceptance of construction work, including monitoring timely correction of defects
• Invoice checking and preparing relevant data for the road database

• State-certified construction technician (f/m/d) specializing in civil engineering or a comparable qualification or relevant work experience that qualifies you for the above tasks
• Experience in road construction, ideally on motorways
• Class B driving licence
• Confident use of MS Office
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends
