Self-Employed Sales Representative

As a self-employed insurance agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB at the DEVK branch office in Ahaus, you become part of the agency team. You strengthen the agency with your expertise and help consolidate and expand customer loyalty and sales results, with the prospect of qualifying through your own performance as successor (m/f/d) to the agency manager. Permanent, full-time, start immediately.

• the medium-term takeover of the management of an existing DEVK branch office as part of a retirement succession
• responsibility for the business results
• leading your agency staff
• ensuring the care of our long-standing private and business customers in insurance matters, investments and construction financing
• expanding your portfolio through continuous acquisition of new customers and consistent cross-selling
• managing claims management in the agency

• a completed vocational qualification in insurance as Versicherungsfachwirt (m/f/d) or -betriebswirt (m/f/d), Versicherungsfachmann (m/f/d), Versicherungskaufmann (m/f/d) or Kaufmann (m/f/d) for insurance and finance
• several years of professional experience in insurance sales as Key Account Manager (m/f/d), Sales Manager (m/f/d), representative (m/f/d), customer service advisor (m/f/d), sales employee (m/f/d) or field sales employee (m/f/d)

• in your leadership position you stand out through entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as customer and service orientation
• a car driver's license
