Insurance Customer Adviser

Permanent, full-time position as an employed customer adviser at the DEVK agency in Ahaus. You strengthen customer relationships and sales results, with the opportunity to qualify to succeed the agency manager through your performance.

• You support and advise our long-standing private and business customers on all insurance matters online and in person.
• You grow your customer base by winning new customers and build lasting business relationships by supporting your customers.
• You manage claims and settle small claims.
• You regularly review whether customers' insurance matches their current circumstances and improve their cover.

• Completed vocational training in insurance as an insurance specialist, an insurance and financial investments clerk, or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial experience in customer advice as a key account manager, sales manager, representative, customer adviser, sales employee or field sales representative.
• Alternatively, you are changing careers and looking for an opportunity to enter the insurance industry, ideally with completed commercial vocational training.
• You have strong communication and sales skills and enjoy giving people individual advice.
• A category B driving licence.
