Warehouse Logistics Specialist for Organic Dairy

Organic is booming! Gläserne Molkerei is a leading dairy processor in the organic sector, producing specialties such as organic hay milk and an exclusive organic cheese range with around 120 employees. At our two sites in Münchehofe (Brandenburg) and Dechow (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern), we process around 100 million kg of organic milk annually into various cheese specialties, drinking milk, butter, yogurt and other dairy products. For our site between Ratzeburg and Gadebusch, we are looking for warehouse workers or logistics staff (m/f/d), also welcome as career changers, in a shift system.

Order picking according to customer orders to ensure the correct products are included in deliveries. Loading and unloading trucks with our fresh dairy products and other goods. Issuing vehicle accompanying documents and creating delivery notes and other relevant documents. Performing required postings in the ERP system (Sopra) for correct management of stock levels and orders. Using the ACD terminal for efficient communication and coordination in the shipping area. Conducting inventories for finished goods and packaging materials as well as stock checks to ensure smooth logistics. Checking goods receipt and dispatch as well as put-away and removal of goods in accordance with applicable regulations.

Safe handling of forklifts and other logistics-relevant equipment. Experience in order picking and loading/unloading trucks. Completed vocational training or professional experience in logistics, warehousing or shipping is an advantage. Knowledge of ERP systems. Independent and structured way of working, team spirit and reliability. Willingness to work shifts and flexibility regarding working hours.
