Operate and monitor machines: You will get to know and operate our modern machines and systems. Don't worry, we'll show you everything step by step! Ensure production flow: Whether in milk bottling, the butter factory, or the cheese dairy – you make sure everything runs smoothly. Your work helps ensure our delicious organic products arrive with our customers in top quality every day. Conduct quality checks: You regularly check our products and document the results. This ensures only the best leaves our facility. Maintain and service machines: To keep everything running smoothly, you take care of machine maintenance and servicing. You'll quickly develop a feel for what needs to be done. Teamwork: You work closely with your colleagues. Together you always find new ways to improve our processes. Good vibes and cohesion come first.

You are motivated to familiarize yourself with a new field and learn new skills. Reliability and teamwork characterize you. You have a careful and precise way of working. Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts). No specific industry experience required – career changers are very welcome!
