The Gläserne Molkerei is a leading dairy processor in the organic sector and produces specialties such as organic hay milk or an exclusive organic cheese range with its approximately 120 employees. At our two locations in Münchehofe (Brandenburg) and Dechow (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern), we process around 100 million kg of organic milk annually into various cheese specialties, drinking milk, butter, yogurt, and other dairy products. Operate and monitor machines: You will get to know and operate our modern machines and systems. Don't worry, we'll show you everything step by step! Ensure production flow: Whether in milk bottling, butter production, or cheese making – you ensure everything runs smoothly. Your work helps ensure our delicious organic products arrive at our customers daily in the best quality. Conduct quality checks: You regularly test our products and document the results. This ensures only the best leaves our facility. Maintain and service machines: To keep everything running smoothly, you take care of machine maintenance and upkeep. You'll quickly develop a feel for what needs to be done. Teamwork: You work closely with your colleagues. Together you always find new ways to improve our processes. Good spirits and cohesion are top priority.

You are motivated to familiarize yourself with a new field and learn new skills. Reliability and teamwork characterize you. You have a careful and precise way of working. Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts) No specific industry experience required - career changers are warmly welcome!
