About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn

Independent planning and purchasing of several complex product groups
Maintaining and optimizing planning parameters and master data, and processing net requirements
Implementing forecasts and triggering and tracking orders and stock transfers
Deadline tracking, backlog management and checking order confirmations
Production control in the area of kitting
Carrying out stock, coverage, and slow- and non-mover analyses and deriving suitable measures
Monitoring suppliers' quantity and delivery reliability and creating relevant logistics and production KPIs
Managing product launches and phase-outs in coordination with the relevant interfaces
Independent collaboration with internal departments and suppliers
Helping optimize the supply chain, develop logistics concepts and work on projects

Requirements

Completed commercial training and at least 3 years of relevant experience in materials planning, procurement, materials management or production planning
Very good SAP knowledge, ideally in MM/PP, and good MS Office skills
Very good English skills
Analytical, structured and independent way of working
Strong communication, teamwork and solution-oriented thinking
Experience in operational purchasing is an advantage
