Business Administrator as Controller for Hospital Financing / Budget Management in the Hospital Network of DRK Clinics Berlin

As a controller for budget management, you take on a central role in fee negotiations with health insurance funds for our somatic and psychiatric hospitals as well as our training facilities. With your analyses, you also support strategic and operational committees in budget-relevant decisions. Your new workplace is located in the administrative building of our beautiful, listed Westend site. You can expect a versatile area of responsibility with exciting projects in which you can help shape cross-departmental topics such as outpatient care, digitalization, and strategic development.

• You support fee negotiations with health insurance funds for our hospitals (somatic and psychiatric) and our training facilities based on SGB V, KHG, KHEntgG, and BPflV/PEPP
• You independently prepare and create negotiation and agreement documents
• You independently research legal framework conditions and calculate hospital-specific fees
• You participate in the audit and calculation of revenue compensations
• You actively contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and support them with your expertise

• Completed degree in business administration / as a business administrator / bachelor's / master's with a focus on controlling or finance or a comparable qualification
• Experience in hospital controlling or budget negotiations and current knowledge of the German hospital financing and billing system and the Federal Nursing Rate Ordinance
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ideally, but not required: knowledge of ORBIS
