Medical Assistant / MFA in the Outpatient Clinic of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Kunstkrankenhaus

With us you are the first contact person and thus the face of our outpatient clinic for child and adolescent psychiatry (KJP). With empathy, organizational talent and a good portion of composure you keep an overview even in a varied working day. Together with an open-minded four-person team as well as our doctors and psychologists you ensure that young patients and their families feel well cared for from the start. Since an outpatient presentation usually takes place before a clinic admission, many of your work processes resemble those of a specialist practice.

• You are responsible for the care of our young patients
• You take over appointment management and documentation
• You support the therapists in all administrative processes
• You perform parameter and laboratory determinations
• You independently handle billing with health insurance funds

• Completed training as Medical Assistant / MFA / Medical Office Assistant
• Or: Completed training as Healthcare Management Assistant / Office Administrator
• Ideal, but not required: Experience in psychiatric or pedagogical field
