About this Apprenticeship
As a nursing specialist, you work on our brand new neurological ward and actively shape structures, processes, and team culture from the start. You care for patients with various neurological conditions and work in a modern environment with clear processes, new equipment, and short decision paths. You can expect a newly assembled team, lots of creative freedom, and the chance to shape nursing from the beginning.
What You'll Learn
- You plan nursing measures, implement them safely, and ensure they are effective
- You involve our patients and their relatives in the process
- You recognize the wishes and needs of our patients and respond individually to their resources and concerns
- You observe the physical and mental condition of our patients and pass on your observations
- You initiate life-saving immediate measures until the doctor arrives
Requirements
- Completed training as nursing specialist / nurse / healthcare and nursing professional / nurse
- Ideal but not required: professional experience in neurology
