Academic Nursing Specialist as Advanced Practice Nurse / APN with Focus on Nutrition in the Art Hospital

Do you want to actively shape nursing care and implement innovative nutrition concepts in daily clinical practice? With the key role as Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with a focus on nutrition, you develop, implement, and evaluate nursing guidelines and concepts related to nutrition, always evidence-based and patient-centered. With us, you work interprofessionally with physicians, nutrition consultants, and nursing specialists and contribute your expertise to the further development of academic nursing.

• You conduct nutritional assessments using standardized tools such as MUST, NRS 2002, or MNA and continuously develop them further
• You advise and train nursing specialists, patients, and relatives on enteral and parenteral nutrition
• You accompany complex nutrition situations and support challenges such as malnutrition, dysphagia, or oncological nutrition
• You develop and lead further training for our nursing teams to convey knowledge practically
• You actively participate in research and quality projects, for example outcome measurements or practice developments
• You support the nursing directorate in strategic projects related to nutrition and thus contribute to the further development of nursing

• Nursing specialist with completed master's degree in Advanced Practice Nurse / Advanced Nursing Practice / APN or Nursing Sciences
• Several years of professional experience in a clinical setting such as internal medicine, geriatrics, oncology
• In-depth knowledge of clinical nutrition, nutritional physiology, and screening procedures
