As a specialist for training and further education, you keep the threads together: You process applications carefully, coordinate processes and ensure that our employees get the further training they need for their professional development. We not only look after the 4,300 employees of our GmbHs, but also work closely with the DRK Sisterhood Berlin.
What You'll Learn
- You process training and further education applications and ensure their smooth handling
- You ensure that all submitted documents are complete and request missing documents in a targeted manner when needed
- You handle correspondence, appointment management and organizational tasks
- You are the central contact person for employees on all questions regarding their training and further education applications
- You monitor the existing further education budgets
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk (male/female)
