• You keep our two chief physicians' backs free and run the secretariat independently and with organizational talent
• For our referrers you are the first contact person
• You ensure that our cardiology consultations run smoothly and maintain patient and staff records carefully
• With overview and sensitivity you coordinate our patients in outpatient and inpatient areas
• You keep track of appointments and deadlines, plan business trips, vacations and events

• Completed training as Medical Assistant / MFA / Medical Assistant
• Or: Completed training as Commercial Clerk in Healthcare
• Or: Completed training as Office Clerk ideally with professional experience in healthcare
