About this Apprenticeship
Permanent caretaker role at Dussmann Service Deutschland in Merseburg, starting immediately. You work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The €1,000 starting bonus is paid after successfully completing the six-month probation period.
What You'll Learn
- Carry out inspection rounds as part of requested building support services
- Make minor repairs to doors and windows and carry out small maintenance tasks
- Help with small moves and furniture alterations
- Assist with event services
- Maintain paved areas and green spaces as instructed
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a trade or suitable equivalent vocational training
- Some practical knowledge of building management is an advantage
- Good German language skills
- A proactive approach to work
- Category B or class 3 driving licence required
