• Acceptance, forwarding, and processing of incoming customer requirements
• Operation of building technical systems (focus on electrical engineering, optional MSR technology) as responsible person according to DIN VDE 0105-100
• Execution of work according to DIN 31051, particularly operation, handling, positioning on the aforementioned systems
• Conducting fault diagnostics and rectification of malfunctions
• Ensuring optimal availability of all systems
• Accompanying and supervising external companies during maintenance and repair work
• Maintaining and updating fault, test, maintenance, and inspection reports

• Completed training as electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• First practical knowledge in facility management desirable
• Result-oriented and business-minded thinking and acting
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Knowledge of CAFM systems an advantage
• Confident communication with customers and employees
• Confident and secure appearance & a proactive work approach
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
