Building Services Technician HVAC

Dussmann Service Deutschland is looking for a building services technician (m/f/d) for heating, ventilation and sanitary systems in Bad Homburg, full-time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, core working hours 07:00 to 16:00, occasional weekend work). Start is immediately, and the position is permanent.

• Operating building services systems (mainly heating and sanitary technology, ventilation and refrigeration technology, and technical installations for roof and structure)
• Operating and looking after the building automation (MSR) technology
• Carrying out and checking work in line with DIN 31051, especially operating, handling, adjusting, maintenance and inspection
• Supporting the instruction, briefing, supervision and coordination of external companies during maintenance and repair work
• Supporting the site manager in organizing the operation of the building services systems
• Carrying out fault diagnoses and fixing malfunctions
• Prominent customer support
• Keeping and maintaining fault, test, maintenance and inspection reports
• Ensuring all revision documents are up to date

• Completed vocational training in supply engineering, as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or equivalent vocational training or further training as a building services technician (m/f/d)
• Adequate expertise in electrical, heating, sanitary and building automation (MSR) technology
• Work experience and practical knowledge in facility management
• Basic expertise across building technology, especially preventive fire protection, is desirable
• Confident use of MS Office and mobile computer systems
• Knowledge of CAFM systems is desirable
• Very good German skills; foreign language skills are desirable
• Qualification as an electrically skilled person for defined activities (EffT) is an advantage
• Driving licence class 3 or B is desirable
• Additional qualifications in building services trades are desirable
