• Operation of building technical systems
• Conducting inspection rounds as part of fulfilling requested house services
• Minor repairs on doors, windows as well as performing minor maintenance tasks
• Maintenance of gray and green areas according to instruction

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or technical profession (HVAC or electrical)
• Professional experience in HVAC or electrical engineering as well as interest in new technologies
• Practical IT skills (MS Office, CAFM systems)
• Very good German language skills
• Proactive working style
• Qualified person as elevator attendant according to TRBS 2181 and 3121 is an advantage
• Qualification as electrical specialist for defined activities (EFKffT) is an advantage
• Confident and secure appearance as well as communicative manner
• Driving license class 3 or B desired
