• Produce sausage and ham from cutting up delivered meat to further processing
• Produce and refine ready-to-sell products such as roasts, skewers and barbecue items through marinating and seasoning
• Provide friendly and competent advice to customers about fresh meat and sausage specialties
• Ensure quality and hygienic safety in production and sales

• At least a lower secondary school certificate
