Dual Study Program: Business Administration - Retail Management - Store - 2027

The three-year dual study program combines theoretical phases at a dual university or vocational academy with practical phases in EDEKA stores. The qualification is a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in retail. The practical phases prepare you for responsible positions such as department manager or deputy store manager.

• You learn how to store and care for goods properly, check deliveries and put goods into storage
• You develop concepts for presenting products and conduct sales conversations
• You analyze merchandise management data and calculate relevant key figures
• You support merchandise planning in the store
• You assist with staff scheduling and coordinate employees

• You need a university entrance qualification, such as Abitur or Fachabitur
• You love food as much as we do
• You have a good understanding of logical topics

• You can organize yourself independently
