Apprenticeship as a Specialist Food Retail Salesperson, Butchery 2027

During the apprenticeship, you will advise customers at the fresh food counter, maintain and present meat, sausage and cheese products, learn to process meat, and follow hygiene and cleanliness standards. You will also learn to stock the counter, sell and prepare products, and ensure their quality. The apprenticeship usually lasts three years.

Advising customers on cuts of meat, meat products, sausages, cheese and other fresh-counter products; maintaining, checking and presenting goods; processing meat; complying with hygiene regulations; creating platter services, gift services and finger food; stocking the sales counter; selling, preparing and ensuring the quality of products.
