Your apprenticeship lasts 2 years. Under certain conditions, it can be shortened by 6 months with good performance. Afterwards you will have the qualification as a sales assistant (m/f/d) - a foundation for a fast career. Want more? You can then add a third year of apprenticeship as a retail management assistant (m/f/d) and prepare for self-employment at EDEKA. During the apprenticeship you will go through varied fields of activity and with exclusive training and further education programs we push you to even more success, step by step. In addition to vocational school, you will attend seminars that only EDEKA offers in this form and that provide you with important additional information. You can also do an internship with us at any time: it's best to contact your desired market directly in person.
