Retail apprenticeship with responsibility for goods, customer advice, checkout, product presentation, range planning and merchandise management processes. The three-year program provides experience in different store areas and allows for specializations and additional training.

Managing sales, purchasing, ordering and warehousing; advising customers; operating checkouts and carrying out reconciliations; presenting products in a way that supports sales and helping with range planning, marketing and product displays; managing merchandise processes; helping plan staff assignments.

Enjoyment of interacting with people and an open manner; sense of responsibility and commitment; interest in business processes; friendly manner, well-groomed appearance and good communication skills; team spirit and quick comprehension.
