In your 2-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson, you will take on varied tasks from day one and, together with the team, ensure a thoroughly successful shopping experience: Organization & goods flow: You receive goods, label them and present them attractively – ensuring smooth operations in the store. Checkout activities: You operate modern POS systems, process payments and learn about accounting. Product knowledge: You become an expert for our product range and learn what makes our products special. Merchandise management & accounting: You assist with orders, handle accounting and gain insights into commercial processes. Customer advice & service: You help our customers with friendliness and expertise – creating a positive shopping experience.
