Senior Compensation & Benefits Expert

ENGIE Deutschland stands for combined expertise in the transition to climate neutrality, with holistic energy solutions and services. It is looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Expert (m/f/d) in Berlin.

• You are responsible for job evaluation using the Hay methodology and continuously develop our job architecture.
• You advise managers, HR business partners and employee representatives on all strategic compensation & benefits questions.
• You manage salary and bonus rounds including budget planning, scenario analyses and quality assurance.
• You lead complex compensation & benefits projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• You analyze and optimize our benefits landscape based on market trends, costs and employee needs.
• You develop decision papers, business cases and recommendations for management and committees.
• You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote knowledge transfer within HR.

• You have a completed degree in business administration, human resources management or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least five years of professional experience in compensation & benefits, ideally in an international corporate environment.
• You bring solid knowledge of job evaluation and job architectures, preferably using the Hay methodology.
• You are familiar with labor, tax and social security law frameworks as well as co-determination and compliance requirements.
• You have experience leading complex projects and managing different stakeholders.
• You stand out through strong analytical skills and confident handling of complex data and compensation models.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and are characterized by strategic thinking, initiative and advisory skills.
