Good secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss) or higher; keen interest in technology and a sound technical-physical understanding; precision, manual dexterity and finger skills; good mathematical ability; enjoyment of working with digital systems and applications; care, concentration and a strong sense of responsibility; willingness to perform and enthusiasm for teamwork.
