Dual study programme in Digital Business Management at Evonik, combining classes at DHBW Mannheim with practical placements in Hanau and Darmstadt. The phases alternate every three months. The programme combines business administration, IT and the digital economy. There is no application deadline; applications are accepted while the position is advertised.

• Learn the basics of business administration, finance and accounting, controlling, marketing, human resources, logistics, materials management and production management
• Study modules such as business analytics, especially data science and big data analytics, IT security and IT law
• Plan and carry out digitalisation processes
• Develop digital marketing strategies, such as social media strategies
• Design innovative technologies using big data analytics
• Adapt business processes, products and services to digital requirements
