The dual study program in Business Informatics (B.Sc.) at the Berufsakademie Rhein-Main in Rödermark offers future-oriented and IT-affine career starters the perfect entry for a career in an internal department of our bank. With a theoretical background in business administration and computer science, you will learn to map our processes and develop IT solutions for various areas. In doing so, you analyze IT projects from an economic perspective, adapt solutions flexibly to the needs of departments and their employees, and implement them. Within the three-year study period, you will obtain an internationally recognized academic degree. You will alternate between studying at the Berufsakademie Rhein-Main in Rödermark and gaining practical experience, especially in our internal departments (e.g., Operations, IT, Controlling, Sales Management). You will support colleagues in optimizing and digitizing business processes or accompany projects from an IT perspective. To gain an impression of our banking business and understand all interfaces, you will also get to know customer advisory in our branches. In addition, you will take part in valuable seminars in our training community.

Active participation in various departments (e.g., Operations, IT, Financial Accounting), with a focus on Controlling. Advising on the implementation of optimizing internal bank processes from efficient and information-technical perspectives. Support and participation in (bank-wide) projects. Creation, evaluation, and preparation of relevant key figures.

In addition to a very good (subject-specific) Abitur, ideally in Business Informatics, with very good grades in Mathematics, Politics, and science subjects, you bring the following qualities: You are very interested in economic and digital topics. You enjoy working with digital media and also engage with IT topics in your free time. Your analytical skills allow you to take a strategic view beyond the immediate horizon.
