You start with our sales activities, e.g. stocking shelves, inventory management, cashier processes and customer advice; Step by step you take on management tasks, e.g. product presentation and seasonal conversions, orders, returns, cash reconciliation and inventories; You support the store management in personnel planning and leadership, because the heart of Action are our employees!

Ideally intermediate school leaving certificate with good grades in main subjects; Enthusiasm for retail; Initiative and willingness to learn; Identification with our Action values: Teamwork, Discipline, Cost-consciousness, Simplicity, Respect and Customer orientation; Mistakes happen! With fairness we iron them out together and you learn from them.
