You start with our sales activities, e.g. stocking shelves, inventory management, checkout processes and customer consulting. Step by step you take on management tasks, e.g. product presentation and seasonal conversions, ordering, returns, cash reconciliation and inventories. You support the store management in personnel planning and leadership, because the heart of Action is our employees!

Ideally intermediate school leaving certificate with good grades in main subjects. Enthusiasm for retail. Initiative and willingness to learn. With fairness we fix them together and you learn from them.

Monthly gross salary: 1st year €1,100.00, 2nd year €1,200.00, 3rd year €1,300.00. Christmas bonus. Company pension scheme. Best promotion and takeover options.
