Real Estate Management: You search for and analyze potential sites. You accompany construction projects and optimize the utilization of buildings and sites. Facility Management: You organize and administer existing buildings, e.g. in the areas of fire protection and safety. You help design efficient energy management. You take care of the maintenance of building technology.

You are enthusiastic about business, natural sciences and technology. You have at least a technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife). You are open to spending your practical phases with us in Bad Homburg and your theoretical phases in Stuttgart. You aim to obtain the degree "Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) - Industrial Engineering, Facility Management" (m/f/d) within 3 years.

Fair remuneration: You receive €1,180.00 in the 1st year, €1,273.00 in the 2nd year and €1,343.00 in the 3rd year. Plus vacation and Christmas bonuses.
