About this Apprenticeship
As Product Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for product development and the roadmap in autonomous cleaning technology, from the first idea to market launch.
What You'll Learn
- Responsibility for product development and roadmap in autonomous cleaning, from the first idea to market launch
- Conduct market, competition and customer benefit analyses and derive clear recommendations for action
- Create product specifications and market requirement documents in close coordination with development and sales
- Develop business cases and soundly assess the profitability of new products
- Actively support sales with documents and presentations, accompany trade fair appearances and represent the product convincingly
- Central interface to sales, development, branches and authorized dealers
Requirements
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable
- Several years of experience in product management in manufacturing, ideally with a technical product focus; experience in sales of technical products is welcome!
- Confident use of Excel and business metrics; SAP knowledge and experience with common product management tools an advantage
- Negotiation-level German and English (at least C1)
- Numbers and economic relationships are your tools – you can prepare analyses, build business cases and convince decision-makers with them
- You have the necessary standing to hold your own in an established team, the persuasiveness to win others over to new paths, and a certain willingness to travel internationally
