About this Apprenticeship
Hako is looking for a sales consultant (m/f/d) for direct sales of cleaning technology such as indoor cleaning and sweeper-scrubber machines.
What You'll Learn
- Direct sales of Hako products (indoor cleaning and sweeper-scrubber machines)
- Acquiring new customers and looking after existing customers
- Creating needs analyses and calculations
- Preparing, carrying out and following up on customer visits
- Creating quotes and following them up
- Conducting price negotiations, including closing purchase contracts
- Market observation, market analysis and competitor monitoring
- Helping to design and carry out customer loyalty measures and trade fairs
- Creating visit reports and route plans
- Ongoing maintenance of data in the CRM system
Requirements
- Completed commercial and/or technical vocational training
- Strong affinity for sales and good technical understanding
- Many years of sales experience in cleaning technology and/or in selling investment goods that need explaining
- Positive, open manner and good appearance
- Good communication skills and structured way of working
- Professional use of modern communication tools
- Confident use of MS Office
- Experience with CRM systems
- Driver's license class B
- Willingness to go on business trips
