Apprenticeship for Insurance and Financial Investment Specialists in Field Sales

Within the HDI Group, we bundle tasks for various companies in private and corporate insurance as well as industrial insurance. With us, you have the chance to discover new paths again and again, grow together with us, and develop yourself further.

During your two-and-a-half-year apprenticeship, you will learn everything that field sales entails. Taking on varied tasks in a self-organized and self-responsible manner becomes daily routine. You will learn sales from the ground up. We teach you how to independently acquire new customers and share our sound expertise in internal sales seminars. We show you how to support customers with the right advice, what help they need from you in the event of a claim – and much more!

Keen sense for others and strong communication skills. Thorough working style and patience. Ability to familiarize yourself with ever-new topics and the courage to tackle challenging tasks independently. Curiosity and ambition to constantly develop further. Good technical college entrance qualification (intermediate school-leaving certificate), university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or high school diploma – also people looking to reorient after starting a career or university studies.
